About this event
This studio exhibition, a collaboration between the Heidelberg Collaborative Research Centre 1671 and the Freies Deutsches Hochstift, focuses on the feeling of alienation and the uncanny experienced by people at the onset of psychosis. Five carefully selected works from the Prinzhorn Collection illustrate how this experience is expressed artistically. The exhibition is placed alongside Romantic-era exhibits to highlight parallels. It opens on Thursday, 5 November at 18:00 and runs from 6 November 2026 to 16 February 2027.
