About this event
The exhibition, located in the 'Art and Tradition' room on the second floor of the permanent exhibition at the Rothschild-Palais, examines how function and aesthetics merge in contemporary Jewish ritual objects. The artists Rachel Kanter, Rhonda Lieberman, and Sari Srulovitch present designs that retain the objects' traditional uses while infusing them with fresh, sometimes humorous interpretations. Visitors can explore how these ritual items—used in ceremonies that connect people across centuries—are being reimagined for today's world.
