About this event

Director Luise Voigt turns Hans Fallada's novel into a fast-paced revue that connects the hardships of the Great Depression to the 21st century. The story follows the young couple Lämmchen (Nina Wolf) and Pinneberg (Arash Nayebbandi), who cling to love while facing unemployment and an uncertain future. Choreography by Minako Seki, video projections, and live music by Björn SC Deigner blend into a dense journey through time. The production balances gritty social drama with the lightness of a 1920s-style variety show — you will laugh, flinch, and find yourself thinking long after the curtain falls.
