About this event
Experience two of Tchaikovsky's most enchanting ballets in one day at the Jahrhunderthalle. The afternoon performance of The Nutcracker tells the Christmas fairy tale of Marie and her magical Nutcracker prince, complete with a battle against the Mouse King and a journey to the Land of Sweets. In the evening, Swan Lake brings the timeless story of Prince Siegfried and the swan princess Odette to the stage, featuring the famous Dance of the Little Swans. Both productions are performed by the International Festival Ballet and Festival Orchestra, with lavish sets and costumes by designer Vjatscheslav Okunev.
