About this event
The Horst Sessions give a stage to the broad and inventive music community of the Rhine-Main region. Edition #89 starts with an opener set played by a freshly assembled surprise ensemble – musicians who, in all likelihood, have never played together publicly. Curated by Fabian Habicht and Frederich Helbing, the opener embodies the spontaneous spirit of the whole evening. After the short set, the jam session is open: local musicians are warmly invited to bring their own instruments and join in, with guitar and bass amps, keys, microphones and a drum kit provided on site. The evening lives from risk, connection and the common itch to create something new without a net. Whether you want to play or just listen, you are welcome among open ears.
