About this event
Along a roughly one-and-a-half-hour path, visitors wander through light installations. Themed areas include a colourful bestiary, illuminated flower gardens, a bird world and a fantastical realm with fairy-tale figures. Throughout the park, interactive stations react to movement or touch, so you can alter patterns and colours yourself. A soundtrack of elegante ball music accompanies the stroll; three Sound-to-Light sequences synchronise music and light, and the baroque facade of Schoss Philippsruhe becomes a giant canvas for a mapping finale that blends light, colour and dramatic sound. The event uses energy-efficient LED technology and is designed for all generations – children will find the interactive elements and fairy-tale figures engaging, while the atmospheric setting and projections appeal to adults. Photopoints are scattered along the route for souvenir pictures. The park is closed on Totensonntag (22 November 2026), Chrstmas Eve, Chrstmas Day and New Year's Eve.
