About this event
andcompany&Co., the Berlin theatre collective, brings their latest work to Frankfurt. In ‘Hyperdark’ they tackle the overwhelming confusion of our times with a blend of live music, spoken word, video and animation. The piece poses urgent questions about what they call ‘confusionism’ and hyperpolitics, asking whether the personal has become so political that we’ve lost our bearings. Together with writer Elisa Aseva, video artist Kathrin Krottenthaler, animation artist Hila Flashkes and visual artist Raul Walch, the collective guides the audience through a forest of bewilderment. The result is a 60‑minute, deeply atmospheric performance that sits somewhere between lecture, concert and radio play – thoughtful, sonically rich and visually layered.
