About this event

Formed in 2019, Frankfurt's own Cool Aid have carved out a sound they call 'Newtro' – a fusion of indiepop, R&B, disco-funk and synthpop that blends modern production with vintage warmth. Their debut album 'Fragments' weaves personal stories and social observations into a patchwork of grooves and hooks. On stage, the five-piece (fronted by singer Aubrey Sabayle) is known for an infectious energy that moves from laid-back to floor-filling. This December show at the Romanfabrik promises a festive, disco-ball-lit evening where both die-hard fans and newcomers can warm up with danceable indiepop.
