About this event

The most famous love story gets a modern, youthful makeover in this energetic stage show. Featuring new pop songs and emotional ballads, the musical follows the star-crossed lovers' struggle against their feuding families, all set to a score by Peter Plate (Rosenstolz) and Ulf Leo Sommer. After acclaimed performances in Berlin, the production tours for the first time in 2026, stopping at Frankfurt's Alte Oper during the holiday season.
