About this event
Acclaimed author Lutz Seiler sits down with Sandra Kegel (F.A.Z.) to discuss his latest novel, *The Ticking Heart*. The story follows Carl Bischoff on a mysterious pilgrimage from Berlin into the heart of Central Asia, drawn by a woman who claims to be the daughter of a Kazakh shaman. With stops in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, the Curonian Spit and the frozen steppe of Kazakhstan, Seiler weaves a tale of love, fate and possible conspiracy. Attendees can look forward to an engaging literary conversation that explores the novel’s blend of the magical and the unsettling. The event is hybrid – join the in-person audience at the Literaturhaus or tune in via livestream.
