About this event
The evening blends live cooking, an exhibition of kitchen technology, and concise expert talks into a meet-up for hospitality professionals. Inside the walk-in DRAC pavilion in the garden of the Instituto Cervantes, Spanish manufacturers such as Taurus Group, Pujadas, fm industrial, GreatPlastic, and impafri showcase solutions for modern kitchens and food-service design – demonstrated right at the show-cooking stations where technology meets craft. A Kitchen Talk then turns to how shifting guest expectations and technology are reshaping restaurant and hotel spaces. Afterwards, drinks, tapas, and music in the garden offer a relaxed setting for swapping ideas and making connections.
