About this event
The Frankfurt Jazz Collective FÄZZ brings a fresh international touch to its concert series in the Romanfabrik. Headlining is Parisian singer Caloé, whose music floats effortlessly between jazz, pop and lo-fi, anchored by her skilful scat singing and original, lyrically thoughtful songs. The evening also pays tribute to Ella Fitzgerald, who would have turned 100 in 2026. FÄZZ and Caloé mark the occasion by reimagining some of Fitzgerald’s best-loved repertoire alongside their own material. The line-up of young, professional musicians blends acoustic and electronic textures, shifting smoothly between tradition and contemporary jazz. Expect a warm, intimate concert that mixes local Frankfurt spirit with a Parisian voice – perfect for anyone curious about modern jazz with a melodic, accessible edge.
