An Evening with Maria Sanchez

About this event

Maria Sanchez, born in Málaga and raised in Hamburg, took an unusual path: after a childhood marked by violence and years of struggle with eating disorders, depression and anxiety, she found her own healing approach that bridges psychology and spirituality. Today she works as a trauma therapist, spiritual companion and bestselling author, running a training and seminar centre in Hamburg. The evening centres on her podcast “Psychologie trifft Spiritualität”, released monthly, which spotlights universal blind spots – unquestioned beliefs about healing, personal development and spirituality that can quietly prolong cycles of suffering. In her lecture, she traces these hidden dynamics and explains why feel-good slogans like “Unlock your potential!” deserve a closer look. The event consists of a lecture followed by a Q&A session, giving the audience a chance to engage with Maria Sanchez directly. It is designed for people dealing with psychological or psychosomatic symptoms, or anyone with a serious interest in psychological and spiritual topics. Expect a quiet, reflective atmosphere rather than light entertainment. If you are open to unfamiliar perspectives on your own inner processes, you will come away with fresh impulses for your personal path.
